At “Pechene po Noti”, we create culinary workshops and themed role-playing games with a complete storyline and a cooking element, specially tailored to your team’s work, dynamics, and goals.
We offer themed role-play formats such as “Asuna – a Legend of the Land of the Rising Sun” and “The Bulgarian Golden Age”, where participants step into roles, put on costumes, solve riddles, and—together with us—build a live show, as well as mystery or magical scenarios like “Wednesday” and “Harry Potter”.
The result is a unique blend of theatre, play, and cooking — a next-generation format.
You can book a team-building event for March 3rd, Easter, May 24th, September 6th, September 22nd, November 1st, as well as for Halloween, a Christmas party, or any time of year — to bring your team closer and create a truly unforgettable experience.

“Български Златен Век” тематичен тиймбилдинг със сценарий
Няколко водещи международни компании ни се довериха за организацията на своите тиймбилдинг събития.
Реализирахме ги на различни локации в София с екипи от 10 до 40 участници.
Екипите се впуснаха в ролево приключение като боляри в Царския двор на Симеон Велики – месиха традиционни погачи, разрешаваха загадки и стреляха с лък, като заедно създадоха своя собствена легенда.

Кулинарен тиймбилдинг
Организирахме Великденска кулинарна работилница за счетоводна къща KGS, създадена с внимание към детайла и празничния дух на събитието.
Екипът се потопи в традициите на Великден, като заедно месиха ароматни козунаци, боядисваха яйца и споделяха усмивки, смях и добро настроение. Чрез съвместната работа и кулинарните предизвикателства участниците укрепиха връзките помежду си и създадоха топла празнична атмосфера.
