Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to request a refund for participation in a culinary workshop, you must send us a written notification by email at testoto.te.chaka@pecheneponoti.bg no later than 48 hours before the event starts. In this case, we will refund you the full amount paid.

Exceptions to Refunds

The right to a refund does not apply in the following cases:

• If the cancellation notice is sent less than 48 hours before the event starts.

• If the participant does not attend the event without prior notification.

• For purchases of personalized or specially prepared materials, which are non-refundable.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive your written cancellation notice within the specified deadline, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within up to 7 business days.
